With a focus on Fantasy, Romance and Thriller, I specialise in Developmental Editing. This looks at the big-picture items of a story like; plot development, theme and character. I help authors refine themes, deepen plots and make character arcs shine. Together, we will shape your story into one you’re confident in taking forward.

Though I will highlight the strenghts of your writing, my main focus is on improvement. Honest feedback is hard but a must when it comes to editing, but I’ll be respectful and kind.

My name is Anna, I am 29 and live in Cambridgeshire, England. I have 2 dogs, called Bella and Watson, but my real baby is my cat, Orion. He is a chunky tom with an grumpy attitude you can’t help but love.
I have been writing for 6 years, and have written 7 novels, one of which won an award for which I am very proud! I am also a Creative Writing student in my final year of university, and have been editing novels for over a year. My experience with writing gives me a unique perspective of how protective and dear a story can be to its author, and use that to guide my feedback to be empathetic and respectful but honest.
